The festive season presented a strategic moment to deepen this relationship. We identified an opportunity to position the brand as a curator of elevated experiences rather than merely a point of purchase. By tapping into the high emotional currency of festive gifting, we crafted an immersive AR experience that positioned the brand as a lifestyle storyteller and tastemaker, while driving organic amplification among its most relevant customer segment

We crafted an immersive AR experience that elevated the act of gifting. Whenever a customer bought a product for gifting, the store team attached a custom QR tag to the package. A dedicated microsite was designed to be used seamlessly at the point of sale. The sales representative would simply scan the QR tag and collect a few key details, like the name of the gifter and the name of the giftee. The customer could then choose from a curated set of festive greetings as per the occasion. On receiving the gift, the giftee simply scanned the QR tag with any camera, no app needed, and experienced a personalized AR experience that conveyed warm wishes from the gifter, making the moment unforgettable and shareable.
