For the latest Harry Potter sequel, the brand wanted an activation that went beyond promotion, something that let fans step into the magical world they love. We saw the opportunity to create AR experiences that immersed users in that world, delivered memorable moments, and fueled organic, UGC-driven promotion. Each share sparked a cycle of user-generated content, spreading the magic across social feeds and turning fans into the campaign’s biggest amplifiers.

We created two AR experiences. The first was an AR Instagram filter that let fans capture photos and videos with magical Harry Potter elements. This became a powerful UGC driver every share inspired others to try it, creating a continuous loop of content and organic reach. The filter not only amplified the campaign but also gave fans the joy of feeling part of the Harry Potter world.

When fans scanned the front page with their smartphones, it came to life, headlines moved, images animated, and the static print turned into a living, magical scene.
